Full card or bank account numbers are not retained on 88et servers; payment tokenisation is handled by certified third-party payment processors.
• Communications: Content of support queries, chat transcripts, email correspondence and feedback submissions directed to 88et.
• Responsible gaming preferences: Deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion elections and session time settings you configure in your account dashboard.

• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, device identifiers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, game sessions initiated, bet amounts and outcomes, session duration, navigation paths, feature interactions.

Following account closure, your data is moved to a restricted archive accessible only to compliance and legal teams. After the applicable retention period expires, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised, aggregated statistical data may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics.

9. Security Measures

88et employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These include:

• TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and 88et servers.
• At-rest encryption for databases containing sensitive personal and financial data.
